Tell us about your land
Call, text, or fill out the form below. We only need to know where the land is and a little about it.
Family business based in North Texas
DHM Land Group helps Texas families sell land they no longer use: inherited acreage, empty lots, and land that costs them property taxes every year. Darren guides you from the first call to closing day.
Why Texas landowners call us
If that sounds like your land, we can help you sell it and put the money to better use.
How it works
Call, text, or fill out the form below. We only need to know where the land is and a little about it.
We look at your property and recent land sales nearby, then talk through a price with you. You decide whether it works for you.
Once we agree on a price, we put it under a standard contract. We handle the legwork and keep you updated until a Texas title company closes the sale.

Our story
Darren Morris started DHM Land Group in 2024 because selling land should feel straightforward, and you should trust the people helping you.
Land often carries family history, memories and years of hard work, so deciding what to do with it matters. We listen, explain each step, keep you informed, and do what we say we’ll do.
The name DHM comes from Darren’s sons, Danny and Harry Morris. When you get in touch, you speak to Darren directly.
Family matters to us, and so does doing business the right way.

Start with your deed or the property’s parcel number, and check whether any property taxes are owed. You can then list with a real estate agent, sell it yourself, or work with a company like ours. In Texas, a title company usually handles the closing: it checks the title, prepares the paperwork, and pays out the money.
Usually, yes. The title needs to be in the heirs’ names first, which in Texas often means probate or an affidavit of heirship. If several family members inherited the land together, all of them normally need to agree to the sale. We can explain how that works, and a Texas attorney can advise on your situation.
