DHM Land Group LLC is a family business based in North Texas. We help landowners all over Texas sell land. You can reach us at info@dhmlandgroup.com or (469) 200-2608.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our form, call, text or email us. That's usually:
- your name, phone number and email address
- where your land is, and anything you tell us about it
To talk to you about your land, we may also look up public records about the property, such as appraisal district and county records.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, talk about your land, and work on a sale if you decide to go ahead. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails from this form.
Text messages
We only text you if you check the box on our form or text us first, and only about your land. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. We never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. The only people who see it are:
- Darren and our family team
- the companies that run this website and our email: Netlify hosts the site and receives form messages, and Google provides our email
- a Texas title company or attorney, if you decide to sell and the sale needs them
- anyone the law requires us to share it with
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on it. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to show them. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any sale, plus any time the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@dhmlandgroup.com or call (469) 200-2608, and we'll take care of it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
